            Skill test for the post of typist and computer operator has been postponed again by madras high court officials. Now the candidates can have much more time than that they have before. Skill test for the post of typist and computer operator has been conducted in following three stages:

  • Written Examination

  • Skill test

  • Oral Test


Written Exam have been completed last year. Till one year candidates are waiting for the skill test exam. There are lot of doubts in the minds of candidates about skill test exams. A lot of people are offering solutions in website and youtube channels also.  Now for the first time, high court gives its recommendations and clear instructions for the candidates who appearing for the exams conducted by madras high court. These instructions are available in both written type as below and in screenshots for the respective instructions are also hosed by the recruitment board. MADRAS HIGH COURT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES FOR SKILL TEST FOR THE POST OF COMPUTER OPERATOR AND TYPIST 
1 The Skill Test will be conducted only in the computers. For Tamil Typewriting test on computers, only "MCL BHARATHT' font is permitted, which is already made available to the candidates in the Recruitment Portal of the High Court, Madras to download and practice.

  2. Candidates are required to report in their respective seat, atleast half-an-hour before the commencement of the test.

 3 In the allotted Computer, a default Web browser (set in Google chrome) will appear. Candidates have to click the 'GET START' button (STEP-1) to login into the system. Then, a login page (STEP-2) will appear, in which the candidates have to login, by entering their Registration Number as Login ID and their Date of Birth furnished in the application as the Password in the DD/MMIYYYY format. 
4. After such Login, a Screen containing 'Important Instructions to candidates appearing for  Skill Test' will appear (STEP-3). Candidates are requested to thoroughly and carefully read the said instructions. Thereafter, the candidates can move to the next level by ticking the box "I have read and understood all the instructions". Then they have to click the "PROCEED" button.

 5. Then, the screen will show a "KEYBOARD CHECKING LAYOUT" (STEP-4). This will enable the candidates to check the functionality of the required keys in the Key Board. 

6. The candidates have to check the keyboard, by pressing all the keys in the Keyboard, which will be in "Black colour" on the Screen. The keys, after pressing, will turn to "red colour" (STEP-5)  in the screen, which is an indication that the key is functioning and active. The typed key will be indicated in the upper blank box. If any key is not turned into Red colour even after pressing, please place the cursor by clicking the mouse in the upper blank box and then press the key again. If any Key is found inactive (i.e. if any key is not turned to red colour, after pressing), please inform the invigilator to replace the Key Board, if found defective.

  7. After completion of the keyboard checking, a screen will appear as "KEY BOARD CHECKING COMPLETED" (STEP-6). 

  8. Wait at this stage without proceeding further, till the Invigilator instructs the candidates to proceed. From the said time of proceeding further, the total examination time of 120 minutes will start running. While doing so, the candidates would be required to certify as follows:-"I did key board checking and I found that all the required keys are working. I want to proceed for the test in English and Tamil" and then click `PROCEED' to move to the next stage. In the meantime, the candidates shall verify the Question Booklet supplied to them and ensure that no page is left blank. In case any printing defect is found in the booklet, they can request for replacement of the same from the Invigilator immediately.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

1 GDS (i) Secondary School Examination pass certificate of 10th standard with passing marks in Mathematics, local language and English (having been studied as compulsory or elective subjects) conducted by any recognized Board of School Education by the Government of India/State Governments/ Union Territories in India shall be a mandatory educational qualification for all approved categories of Gramin Dak Sevaks.(Referred to in Directorate Order No 17-31/2016-GDS dated 25.06.2018).The Candidate passed Xth class examination in first attempt will be treated as meritorious against those passed compartmentally.


(ii) Compulsory knowledge of Local Language
The candidate should have studied the local language at least up to 10th standard [as compulsory or elective subjects] as declared by the State Government or as per constitutional provisions relating to the 8th schedule of Constitution of India.List of Official languages of the state are shown in notification


(iii) Basic Computer Training
The candidates for all approved categories of GDS referred to in (i) above will be required to furnish Basic Computer Training Course Certificate of at least 60 days duration from any Computer Training Institute run by Central Government/State Government /Universities / Boards / Private Institutions Organizations.This requirement of basic computer knowledge certificate shall be relaxable in cases where a candidate has studied computer as a subject in Matriculation or class XII or any other higher educational level and in such cases, a separate certificate will not be insisted upon.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:


i.  Selection will be made as per the automatic generated merit list as per the rules based on the candidates online submitted applications.  



ii.  No weightage will be given for higher educational qualification. Only marks obtained in 10th standard of approved Boards aggregated to percentage to the accuracy of 4 decimals will be the criteria for finalizing the selection. Passing of all the subjects as per the respective approved board norms is mandatory subject to the conditions referred in Clause B of Notifications pertaining to Required Educational Qualifications for taking candidate into account for calculating the merit. 
iii.  Candidates having both marks and grades in the marks list have to apply with marks only. In case any candidates apply with grades only his application liable for disqualification.  

iv.   In case of the marks lists containing the Grades/ Points, marks will be reckoned by taking conversion of Grades and points with the multiplication factor (9.5) against the maximum points or grade as 100.   

v.   In case candidates get the same marks, the merit order would be taken as DOB(higher age as merit), ST trans-woman, ST female, SC trans-woman, SC female, OBC trans-woman, OBC female, 
EWS trans-woman, EWS female, UR trans-woman, UR female, ST trans-male, ST Male, SC trans- male, SC Male, OBC trans-male, OBC male, EWS trans-male, EWS male, UR trans-male, UR male.  

vi. A candidate can apply for a maximum of twenty posts as per cycle of online engagement.  This inter alia means that a prospective candidate can apply for twenty posts on a single application spread across one or all Circles.  However, this count of twenty posts is inclusive of vacancies arising in candidate’s Home Circle. (Home Circle means the circle in the native/ domicile state of prospective candidate in which he/she is permanently residing and studied SSC where Postal Circle is providing  opportunity).  Hence, candidates should be advised to exercise due care while utilizing the twenty choices available to her/him in each Cycle.  However, only one post will be offered for each Circle if she/he has applied for one or more posts in each Circle.  

vii.   If a candidate opts for five posts with preference post1, post2, post3, post4, post5 etc and selected as meritorious in more than one post, the post in the order of preference will be offered and the candidature for all the remaining posts will be forfeited.Similarly, in case of a candidate if joins at any selected post, offers to the remaining choices will automatically be forfeited. If a candidate has applied for more than one circle only one post will be offered per circle.  

viii. Applicants submitted applications with incomplete/incorrect data will also be rejected from consideration. Candidate should select appropriate Board basing on the year of pass and Board of pass from the respective states which recognised the Boards.  Any deviation with reference to the documents submitted and data entered will also liable for rejection of the candidature. 

HOW TO APPLY FOR TAMILNADU POSTAL CIRCLE JOBS 2020:
Instructions to Candidates:  

1. Candidates must ensure to go through the notification and instructions thoroughly and understood well before registering himself for applying online.

2. Candidate has to ensure himself that he is eligible by all respects for the Circle/Post he selected.  

3. Only one Registration is to be made for one candidate. The same registration number should be used for submission of applications during the cycle to any of the circles.

4. In case of any duplicate Registration is found by altering the basic details like change of father name, change of Date of Birth, Applying one Registration with UR category and another registration etc; will be treated as duplicate registration. all the candidatures relating to all such duplicate Registration and all such registrations will be deleted for consideration.

5. Candidates need not submit any physical application.  It should also be noted that any application is physical sent stating that the application could not be uploaded, it will not be processed.

6. While selecting board name candidates ensure that they are selecting the correct board name with appropriate configuration. Any application submitted against with board name other than the actual board of pass that application will automatically rejected. In case any Board of candidate passed is not available the same is to be taken up with the respective postal circle Administration in which the Board is Registered.

7. Candidate should ensure to upload all the mandate documents such as photo, signature, SSC certificate, community certificate and other documents should be submitted in legible and clearly scanned. Since, Non submission and submission of non legible blurred documents will be summarily rejected and the application is liable for rejection for all purposes. And certificates with vital information blurred, his/her candidature will be rejected.


8. Candidates should ensure that they are eligible for making fee payment before making payment. Since, Fee once paid will not be refunded. And also should note that in case of online payment sometimes the settlement may take up to 72 hours, hence candidates those or making online fee payment on the last days should ensure to get it settled. In any case if the payment made is not settled and application could not be submitted those fees also will not be refunded. 

9. candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability or failure to login to the website on account of heavy load on the website during the closing days.

INDIAN ARMY TECHNICAL ENTRY SCHEME 2020 10+2




ONLINE APPLICATION WILL OPEN ON 10 AUG 2020  AT 1200 HRS AND WILL BE CLOSED ON  09 SEP 2020 AT 1200 HRS.

    
1.      Applications are invited from unmarried male Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (hereinafter referred to as PCM) subjects and fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed in the subsequent paragraphs, for the grant of Permanent Commission in the Army.  

2.  Eligibility.   
(a)  Nationality. A candidate must be an unmarried male and must either be : (i) A citizen of India, or (ii) A subject of Nepal, or (iii) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii) and (iii) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Govt of India. Certificate of eligibility will however not be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be shortlisted provisionally subject to the necessary certificate being given to him by the Govt before declaration of result by SSB/joining training.    
Note 1. Candidates must undertake not to marry until they complete their full training. A candidate, who marries subsequent to the date of his application, though successful, will not be selected for training. A candidate who marries during training shall be discharged and will be liable to refund all expenditure incurred on him by the government. 

 
(b)      Age Limit. A candidate must not be below 16½ years and above 19½ years on the first day of the month in which the course is due to commence i.e. the candidate should not be born before  02 Jul 2001 and not after 01 Jul 2004 (both days inclusive).  

Note 1. Candidates should note that only the date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary School Examination or an equivalent certificate will be accepted. No other document relating to age will be accepted. 
 
Note 2. Candidates should also note that once a date of birth has been claimed by them and entered in the records, no change will be allowed subsequently on any ground whatsoever.  

(c)    Educational Qualification. Only those candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from  recognized education boards are eligible to apply for this entry. Eligibility condition for calculating PCM percentage of various state /central boards will be based on marks obtained in Class XII only.

irectorate General of Recruiting has no role to play in any Medical Boards and procedure advised by the Competent medical authorities will be strictly adhered to.   (e)       Candidate applying for the entry should not have been debarred from appearing in any examination by UPSC. Candidate should not have been arrested/convicted by a criminal court or involved in any court case.    3. Vacancies.  90. The Vacancies are provisional and can be changed depending on the training capacity at the Training Academy for this course. The vacancies are subject to increase/decrease keeping the organizational requirement at the point of time.  

4. Type of Commission. On successful completion of 4 years of the course, cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lt.   
INDIAN ARMY (PERMANENT COMMISSION) 10+2 TECHNICAL ENTRY SCHEME - 44 COURSE COMMENCING FROM JAN 2021 

5.     Seniority.  They will be granted seniority on overall order of merit of the three technical institutes combined i.e. CME,MCTE,MCEME and in case the date of commissioning coincides with that of IMA, Dehradun, they will be placed  en-block junior to IMA (NDA/ ACC / DE Course ) but above TGC / UES course.   


6.      Training. Total training will be of 5 years. Details are as under:  

(a)    Basic Military Training.  1 year (Officer Training Academy Gaya).   (b)     Technical Training. (i) Phase-I (Pre Commission Training): 3  Years (CME Pune or MCTE Mhow or MCEME Secunderabad), (ii) Phase-II (Post Commission Training): 1 year at CME Pune or MCTE Mhow or MCEME Secunderabad.   

(c)    Award of Degree. The candidates will be awarded Engineering degree after successful completion of the final examination. No ante date will be admissible to candidates on account of this Engineering degree. During the last two semesters, the officers will be permitted only one relegation on academic grounds. This relegation will be within the maximum two relegations permitted on academic grounds in the entire Engineering degree (8 semesters) in accordance with JNU Ordinance. Any further relegation of the officer on academic grounds will lead to termination of his commission.  
Note. Candidates must understand that in case of final selection, their appointment will be provisional subject to satisfactory verification of antecedents by concerned civil/police/education authorities, as applicable.  

7. Cost of Training.  ₹8785/- per week (or as notified from time to time) for the period of candidate’s stay at the Officers Training Academy, Gaya/Cadet Training Wing.) The cost of training is borne by State; will be recovered from candidates withdrawing for personal reasons.
